01.23.09 Breakfast/Lunch
Slept in and got 9 hours of sleep. Woke up and made myself a Thomas English Muffin with PB&J.
For lunch I had two pitas with hummus, Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, Cheese, and Spinach. Also cut up a small apple and had a glass of juice.
