It has been an unusually quiet night at work. I watched those 5 Gordon Ramsay cooking videos that I downloaded: Baked Porkchops with a Piquant Sauce, Linguine with Tomatoes, Olives and Capers, Mussels in an Aromatic Coconut Broth, Pappardelle, Smoked Trout and Tomates, and Sticky Lemon Chicken. I liked the recipes for the Baked Porkchops and Sticky Lemon Chicken the most.
I checked my email and had a bunch and some requests from Facebook so I spent awhile on there. Later my friend at work sent me a link so I could watch Kung Pow: Enter the Fist on Hulu. Steve O always cracks me up!
I had an ounce of Cocoa Roast Almonds for my snack.
Around 3am I had dinner...made myself two pitas each with 1 Tbsp Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, 3oz Perdue Roasted Chicken Breast Strips, 1/8 cup Kraft 2% Italian cheese, and 1.5 cups of spinach. Also had a Dannon Light & Fit with an ounce of Blueberries and a glass of Calorie Countdown.Leaving work soon and going to bed in a couple hours! :)
