01.12.09 Afternoon Snack

Things have finally slowed down at work...now that I have about an hour left of my 12 hour shift:| We've been working on many different problems all day which made me really hungry so I ran downstairs for a snack.

I took one cup of Friendship 1% No Salt Added Cottage Cheese and mixed in 3 oz of blueberries and then later on decided to add 2 Tbsp cinnamon in with it and it tasted pretty good. Had a glass of water too.
(225 cal, 2g fat, 10g fiber, 32g protein)
