Updated my FitDay and read some of my health and fitness magazines. Got hungry around 4am so I went on down to the break room and put together a 1/2 cup Friendship No Salt Added Cottage Cheese with 1/2 cup of Del Monte NSA Peaches...just the boost I needed!
