01.06.09 Lunch

Busy, hectic morning...my coworker was still working on some issues and I had just finished mine so I got to take my lunch from 11am-12pm. I walked over to the quad again and walked 6 laps and walked back to my building.

For lunch I made two pitas each filled with a generous 3 Tbsps Guacamole (150 cal), 3 slices of Hormel Natural (120 cal), and 1/2 cup Spinach (10 cal) each. (2 pitas (120 cal + 150 cal + 120 cal + 10 cal) = 400 cal, 18g fat, 36g protein, 15g fiber) Washed it all down with another Grape Powerade Zero.
