It's been a very busy day at work. I had a half ounce of almonds for a snack.
I have an hour lunch when I'm working the day shift from noon to 1pm.
I took a walk over to the quad and did six laps around the 2nd floor of the four buildings connected together and then walked back to my building. My pace was probably 3.5 mph or so...for a total of 50 minutes.
Then I went into our break room and made my lunch. Two Messy Pitas each with 1 Tbsp Guac, 3 slices Turkey Breast, 1 String Cheese shredded up, and 1.5 cups Spinach. Had a grape Powerade Zero to wash it all down:)
