01.27.09 Breakfast

I got in 8 hours of sleep...6:30am - 2:30pm. Woke up and showered...got ready for work. 

The real estate guy we are working with to sell the old place came over and had some papers for us to sign. Everything seems to be going very well with that.

He left and before I left for work Angie had nutritional questions for me that I answered for her. Ang has about 15lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight. 

I told her the estimated range of calories she should eat and approximately how many grams protein, fat and carbs she should be getting within those calories. She bought a little food log book and she is going to start keeping track. 

Today she realized that one Sirloin burger has 330 cal, 23g fat, and 30g protein and one Turkey burger has 200 cal, 5g fat, and 35g protein. That's a huge step in the right direction...she is going to try eating leaner meats and eating more soup:)

On my way to work I stopped at Cub Foods and picked up some more Joseph's Pitas, Kashi 7 Grain Crackers, Organic Baby Spinach, Lettuce, Blueberris and a Fuze Slenderize Empower Pomegranate Acai Berry Drink.

Got to work and made myself a bowl of cinnamon oatmeal and drank my cold Fuze.
