01.05.09 Breakfast

I got in 6.5 hours of sleep 10pm - 4:30am. 

Got ready for work and packed a bag with food for the work week. Working 12 hour Day Shifts M, Tu, Fri, Sat, Sun & next Mon...then I have three days off.

I brought Oatmeal, Apples, Calorie Countdown, Joseph's Pitas, Wholly Spicy Guacamole, Tribe Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Hormel Natural Lunch Meat, Light String Cheese, Spinach, and some Powerade Zero.

Dave got Angie to work by 5am and then drove back and brought me to work by 5:45am.

This Monday morning has been bitterly cold and quite busy at work...made me really hungry. I went down to the break room and made myself some oatmeal with cinnamon in it. Also grabbed an organic apple and a glass of Calorie Countdown. I'm feeling much toastier now:)
