We ended up getting Gary a gift card to Menard's. We knew he recently got a new drill and figured that he would want accessories for it. I went into Walmart and got some printer ink refill kits since Dave and Cody and making colored paper models. Also bought more lunch meat and spicy sausage.
Got back to the new place and headed over to Gary's and he was grilling burgers and brats...his mom came and brought homemade potato salad and Gary and his wife Sarah made beans and bacon. There were many relatives and friends at the party we got to meet.
I didn't get a picture of my eats cause my cel phone was dead and charging but I had one brat, one burger, a scoop of beans, scoop of potato salad and a glass of fat free milk. I also split a piece of Angel Food Cake with Dave.
We had a really nice time at the party and stayed until 7pm. He had a lot of interesting stories and Cody made friends with their son and went out sleding with the other kids. Sarah is my age and just had a baby girl they named Isabella. Looks like we may be visiting them more often.
After the party we headed over to the old place to get some more work done. My sister picked me up later to go to Dave & Buster's...which is like a Chuck E Cheese for adults. It cost $25 for over 100 points and I mainly played Ski Ball, Wheel of Fortune, and the Nothin' But Net game where you shoot as many baskets as you can in 40 seconds.
I ended up getting 1,520 tickets out of playing which I'll be saving up since there wasn't anything in their store that tempted me to cash them in. I had a lot of fun and my arms got a great workout...I must have shot baskets for an hour or more! I didn't eat anything because I was not feeling hungry after eating brunch and at Gary's Birthday Party.
My sis and I said goodbye to friends and left at 11pm. She took me home to my new place and needed to get home herself since she worked early in the morning.
