01.09.09 Lunch

It got busy at work with virus activity on the network  so I was relieved when noon finally came. I walked over to the quad and got in 6 laps and picked up a SoBe Lean Green Tea. 

The wind was brutally cold on the walk back to my building...I'm just glad it wasn't snowing too.

For lunch I made myself Two Pitas, each with 3 slices of Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp Tribe Roasted Red Pepper Hummus - Yum! and 1/8 cup 2% Italian cheese. (2 pitas = 370 cal, 13g fat, 9g fiber, 44g protein) Also drank my SoBe Lean Green Tea. Ate lunch slowly at my desk:)
