Later I went down to the break room and made myself some lunch.
Two Joseph's Pitas each with 3 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp TJ's Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, 1/8 cup reduced fat Italian cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of spinach. I am all out of spinach now...must remember to buy some tomorrow. Also a Strawberry Powerade Zero to wash it all down.
Can't run out of spinach!
