Had a half ounce of cocoa roast almonds for my snack.
It's been a long, busy Monday morning - I was so happy to take my hour lunch at noon!

We had a blizzard outside so I drove over to the quad and went in and walked my six laps then came out and drove back to my building. The snow is so pretty, but it sure is a pain to drive in. It will be even worse driving home:(
Got back to my building and went into the break room to make myself some lunch. I was really annoyed when I found that I was out of my Joseph pita breads! So I made my sandwiches without the pita. (Two meatas - 6 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 2 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, 2 cups spinach, and 2 Light TJ's Cheese Sticks shredded = 295 cal, 10g fat, 2g fiber, 35g protein)
