01.13.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert

01.13.09 Breakfast

I woke up around 10am Tuesday morning and ate an ounce of almonds. 

Rearranged some furniture around in our new walkout basement. Setup Dave's computer desk and put some games and books away on the shelves.

Then I ate my real breakfast which was a Thomas English Muffin with PB&J and 1 1/2 cups of cantaloupe.

01.13.09 Lunch

I did some more cleaning up and rearranging at the new house. Made Dave some coffee and then for lunch I made myself two pitas each with 3 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp Tribe Roasted Garlic Hummus, 1/8 cup reduced fat Italian cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of spinach. Also had a small apple and a glass of grape juice.

01.13.09 Dinner

We went over to the old place and got some more done and then we came back home and for dinner I had one Flatout wrap cut in half each with 3 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp Tribe Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, 1/8 cup reduced fat Italian cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of spinach.

Dessert was 1 cup of Kemp's No Sugar Added Fat Free Frozen Yogurt with some Sugar Free Artisan Tiramisu Syrup mixed in - YUM!
