01.12.09 Breakfast

I got in 7 hours of sleep last night 9pm - 4am.  Woke up and got ready for work...got to work at 5:40am. 

It's been a busy Monday morning with a certain webserver misbehaving and creating all kinds of alerts. 

This is my "Friday." I don't work again until Friday night shift 6pm - 6am...so I hope the day goes by quickly and I get some walking in during lunch:)

Headed down to the break room and made myself a quick breakfast...

Thomas English Muffin with PB&J, Light & Fit yogurt with 1oz blueberries and a glass of Calorie Countdown. (360 cal, 12g fat, 10g fiber, 27g protein)

  2. I buy them at Sam's Club. Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds - Dark Chocolate flavor...works great for me when I'm craving chocolate.
