06.05.09 Brunch at Sgt. Pepper's, Dinner & Snacks

Hey everyone...I've enjoyed my few days off but it's back to work for me tonight.

Got in 9 hours of sleep 2:30am-11:30am. Woke up, showered and got dressed. Headed out to drop off my timesheet, eat brunch and enjoy the day before I had to go to work.

Brunch was a salad

and Orange Roughy with Asparagus, Peppers, & Wild Rice at Sgt. Pepper's

My snack several hours later was a Brownie Crunch ThinkThin Bar

Later, a Fuji Apple Pear Lifewater along with some...

FSTG's Lime Chips and fresh Peach Mango Salsa
 
My late night snack was a Kashi TLC Chewy Honey Almond Flax Bar
 
Dinner was a container of Greek Yogurt with Bear Naked Fit Granola

06.01.09 Breakfast, Lunch at Denny's, Snacks and Dinner at Home

Breakfast was a bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins with Calorie Countdown

My morning snack was a Brownie Crunch ThinkThin Bar

Lunch was Chicken Breast, Green Beans and Tomato Slices at Denny's

My afternoon snack was Green Tea and Greek Yogurt with Granola

Came home and made dinner...fried up chicken breast and onion in olive oil

Delicious, spicy Indian Madras curry

Madras curry mixed in with brown basmati rice

My portion of the meal with whole wheat tandoori naan

Annie's Organic Honey Bunnies for dessert:)

Today's Calories: 1,938 Carbs: 227g Fat: 50g Fiber: 38g Protein: 158g

05.30.09 Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks

Didn't get to sleep until 11:30pm...woke up at 5:20am and rushed to get ready and out the door in 20 minutes...grabbed a bar and a Powerade Zero.

Ate a ThinkThin Brownie Crunch Bar for my breakfast.

Took my 20 at 9:40am and went for a walk and a little friend found me;)


Went on a run to KFC at 11am with Alex... Grilled Chicken Breast, Grilled Wing, Green Beans and a Side Salad for $4...and a Powerade Zero.

Had a Kashi Trail Mix Bar for a snack around 1:30pm.

At 3pm I ran over to the other server building and back to change tapes.

Ate 20 Jalapeno chips with some refreshing salsa when I got back:)

05.22.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dinner at Ruby Tuesday

Breakfast was a Brownie Crunch ThinkThin Bar.

Lunch was two pitas with grilled chicken breast, spinach and cheese.

Dessert was a cup of Blue Bunny Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream.

For my snack later on I had a Mud Pie Protein Bar...

and a SoBe Blueberry lifewater on the way to Angie's cousin Alyssia's graduation.



After the 3 hour graduation we went to Ruby Tuesday!!!

05.04.09 Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks

Hey everyone! It's Monday again....aaaahhhh! Although it's my Friday;)

I slept 10pm-4am...6 hours of sleep.

Showered, got dressed and ready for work.

Arrived at work a few minutes before 6am so I didn't have time to make breakfast so I ate one of my ThinkThin Brownie Crunch Bars. Cute, bright daisies on my calendar page today!

It was a busy Monday morning...had Citrix, I2MS, CMMS and Maven issues. Got to take my break at 9:40am...grabbed my MP3 player and did a walk/jog lap around the path. Had my last Kashi Pumpkin Pie Fruit & Grain bar for my snack.


It was very busy all the way up until lunch time. During my noon lunch hour instead of going out to eat I ended up going to Party City and bought birthday party supplies for Angie's 21st party tomorrow. Had a great coupon for $10 off $30;)

Got back to work and made myself two pitas with hummus, chicken breast and cheese. Also had some cottage cheese and peaches.

After lunch it was busy for awhile but finally tapered off around 3pm. I ate an ounce of cocoa roast almonds because I was starting to feel hungry.

Had my last 20 minute break at 3:40pm and did another walk/jog lap around the path...it was absolutely perfect out! Such a shame I had to go back in. I was craving something sweet so I had a S'mores bar and it sure hit the spot.

I'm off work until Friday night...have many things planned to do in the next three days! I hope everyone has a great week!

04.25.09 Breakfast, Lunch at Simply Fun Fundraiser, Snack and Dinner at Home

Hi everyone!

Got in 8 hours of sleep 2:30am-10:30am:)

Woke up and just had to weigh myself...I gained exactly one pound from what I ate yesterday!!! Aaargh:(

Took a shower, got dressed for the fundraiser game party and ate a ThinkThin Brownie Crunch Bar for breakfast.



Had a great time at the Fundraiser party...we played many different games that
Simply Fun made. First was Take Your Pick then Linkity and last was Eye to Eye and the host presented the other games they sold as well. We ended up purchasing Kahootz!Farkel & More and a donation for the Simply Caring Foundation. After all the fun we had a potluck. I had a sloppy joe, a half cup of Chex Mix and about a cup of fruit salad.

After the party we hit Home Depot to buy a new compact fridge/freezer combo with the American Express points we cashed in for Home Depot gift cards.

Since I have many readers overseas who cannot believe how tall I am, Dave took a picture of me in front of the Home Depot height chart;)



After Home Depot we went over to Trader Joe's and I picked up a new TJ's Organic 0% Greek Yogurt and a Kind Nut Delight Bar. I crumpled up the Kind Bar and mixed it into my yogurt! Finally bought that Trader Joe's bag that my coworker asked me for.



Then we headed to Brooklyn Park to setup the new fridge/freezer for Grandma. She had a minifridge with a tiny freezer before and she dearly wanted freezer room to be able to put large containers of ice cream and bags of frozen vegetables. She was so thrilled with her new setup but the microwave was too high so Dave came up with the idea of putting it inside her pantry cabinet and it actually fit and was the right height for her!

Took Grandma to Cub for groceries...which, you guessed it...included ice cream and frozen veggies and then I ran into Target for a TV tray for her and picked up a box off 100 cal packs of Cocoa Roasted Almonds.

Had one:)


Then we dropped her off and headed home and for dinner I had two pitas with Kirkland Chicken Breast Strips, shredded Light String Cheese, Hummus & Spinach.


Going to bed fairly early tonight since we're going to church in the morning and I'm hanging out with my sis at MOA!
