06.01.09 Breakfast, Lunch at Denny's, Snacks and Dinner at Home

Breakfast was a bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins with Calorie Countdown

My morning snack was a Brownie Crunch ThinkThin Bar

Lunch was Chicken Breast, Green Beans and Tomato Slices at Denny's

My afternoon snack was Green Tea and Greek Yogurt with Granola

Came home and made dinner...fried up chicken breast and onion in olive oil

Delicious, spicy Indian Madras curry

Madras curry mixed in with brown basmati rice

My portion of the meal with whole wheat tandoori naan

Annie's Organic Honey Bunnies for dessert:)

Today's Calories: 1,938 Carbs: 227g Fat: 50g Fiber: 38g Protein: 158g

05.14.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Cherry Pie Larabar and Strawberries for breakfast.


Cocoa Roast Almonds 100 cal pack snack.

Later on pita chips and hummus for another snack.

Indian Eggplant Curry with Couscous and Broccoli.

A no sugar added ice cream sandwich for dessert.

Mid-afternoon snack was a bag of Hunny Bunnies!

Dinner was a turkey burger with guacamole.

Also, some Baked Tortilla Chips with salsa.

Dessert was a Toasted Coconut Banana Macadamia Nut Bar.

05.07.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Got in 7 hours of sleep. Woke up and got dressed to go to MOA!

Breakfast was a no sugar added strawberry smoothie from Freshens. Dave had a coffee from Caribou.

I snacked on some FSTG's multigrain chips and hummus and a handful of gummi bears.


For lunch we split the last Papa Murphy's Veggie DeLite pizza and each had a piece of cake with some no sugar added ice cream.


Afternoon snack was some Annie's homegrown honey bunnies!

Angie's birthday dinner was at RuTu and she ordered her first alcoholic drink...a mojito!

I had two salads...one traditional and one greek and some cottage cheese.



Late night snack was a South Beach Diet Chicken veggie pizza and cheddar bunnies!
