06.11.09 Lunch, Dinner and a lot of work!

Hi all, I had quite a tied up Thursday...

Got to sleep in until 2pm, woke up and made lunch which was Eggplant Curry with Chicken and Broccoli and Whole Wheat Naan.

Dessert was Edy's NSA Triple Chocolate Ice Cream.

Went to my mom's to clean out one of her sideyards because she's going to let me store the boat and convertible there:)

Rented a nice, big dumpster

It's always great to dejunkify things.

I look pretty tired and blah in the pic but I sure got a lot done...

Ended up going to the ER cause Dave slashed his finger cutting up brush:(

My mom made grilled chicken and veggies with a Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi.

My mom's puppy, Rosebud has gotten bigger in only a week...so cute.

05.31.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Dinner

It's Sunday...not my fun day cause I gotta work. 

Got in 7 hours of sleep...10pm-5am, threw on my track suit and ran out the door and headed to work. It was busy when I got in so I didn't eat breakfast until 10am after my 10min 3/4 mile jog.

Last of my Blueberry Cinnamon + Omega-3 Cereal with Calorie Countdown

Our lovely path at 3M is 3/4 mile:)

Went up to change tapes at 12:30pm and then I went out to jog another 3 laps in about 30 mins so I'd get a total of 3 miles in today.

Made lunch and ate it by 1:30pm - two pitas and a glass of water

Had a Peanut Butter Cookie Larabar for my snack at 3:30pm

Greek Yogurt with Flax Z Snax Wild Cherry Nut Granola & Sun Crystals at 5pm

I was glad to get off work at 6pm because it was a really long day...had a quiet afternoon so I got a lot of things planned and finished that I needed to.

Got home and decided to make Indian food for dinner cause I felt like something spicy.

Sauteed 1lb cubed chicken with onion

Steamed 1lb Broccoli

1 cup steamed brown basmati rice + TJ's Punjab Eggplant Curry + Chicken + Broccoli

My portion with some Whole Wheat Tandoori Naan...happy food:P

Tamarind Chutney for that added zing!

Today's Calories: 1,870 Carbs: 250g Fat: 51g Fiber: 50g Protein: 125g Miles Ran/Jogged/Walked: 3

05.21.09 Brunch and Dinner

Got in 10 luxurious hours of sleep! Woke up and made some fine Indian cuisine!!!

Eggplant curry with chicken, couscous and whole grain naan.

Dessert was Blue Bunny's NSA Chocolate Chunk Cookie Ice Cream.

Dinner was two stuffed pitas with grilled chicken breast and cottage cheese with peaches.

Needed some yogurt later:)

05.14.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Cherry Pie Larabar and Strawberries for breakfast.


Cocoa Roast Almonds 100 cal pack snack.

Later on pita chips and hummus for another snack.

Indian Eggplant Curry with Couscous and Broccoli.

A no sugar added ice cream sandwich for dessert.

Mid-afternoon snack was a bag of Hunny Bunnies!

Dinner was a turkey burger with guacamole.

Also, some Baked Tortilla Chips with salsa.

Dessert was a Toasted Coconut Banana Macadamia Nut Bar.
