07.09.09 Breakfast, Lunch at Wendy's and Kale Chips

Ate a Turkey Burger with Spicy Brown Mustard for Breakfast.

Wendy's Grilled Chicken BLT Salad for Lunch.

First tray of Kale Chips

Second tray of Kale Chips (Seasoned with olive oil and sea salt)

Spinach omelette with salsa and kale chips for dinner.

07.06.09 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Two Kashi Blueberry Waffles with sugar free syrup.

Snacked on a Kashi 7 Grain Bar.

Had a Mrs. May's Tropical Trio Bar later on.

Lunch was Miso Soup with Cheddar Bunnies and a SF Jones Cream Soda.

Dinner was two pitas with Turkey Breast, Hummus, Cheese and Spinach.

Late snack was strawberry yogurt with Bear Naked Granola.

07.05.09 Brunch, Dinner & Snacks

A bowl of Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs with Banana and Calorie Countdown.

Went 4.4mph for 11 mins on the treadmill.

Got into work and ate a Mrs. May's Trio Bar.

Read my Self Magazine while munching on some Cocoa Roast Almonds.

Ate two pitas and drank a Fuze Empower for lunch.

My snack was a Light & Fit Yogurt with Bear Naked Granola.

Quick Odwalla Banana Nut Bar for dinner.

07.04.09 Happy Fourth of July! Breakfast, Lunch at Ruby Tuesday, Dinner & Snacks

I hope everyone is enjoying their 4th of July weekend!

2pm - slept in since I work tonight...woke up & ate a Blueberry Trio Bar.

It was raining outside and my mom wasn't up to grilling so we went to RuTu.

4:30pm - made myself a healthy work of art!

Had the Chesapeake Catch for my main entree.

Cottage Cheese with sunflower seeds for dessert.

Bought a No Sugar Added Cherry Pie from Wallyworld:)

My slice of Cherry Pie with a scoop of Edy's NSA Vanilla.

9:30pm - everyone at work had frothy Root Beer Floats to celebrate.

We all watched the Woodbury fireworks out our third floor window!

1am - had Turkey Chili, the last of my Buffalo Chips and a Spinach Pita.

4:30am - ate a Carb n' Sugar Control Strawberry Yogurt.
