07.18.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Dessert

I got in 7 hours of sleep...10pm-5am. Rushed to get dressed and headed to work; I'm covering this weekend for another coworker:)

9am - an English Muffin with PB & Banana and Calorie Countdown.

1pm - two pitas, cottage cheese and peaches after putting in 3 miles.

5pm - snacked on some sea salt pita chips and scallion hummus.

7:30pm - Chicken Broccoli stirfry with Whole Foods Peanut Sauce.

8:30pm - NSA Klondike Bar for dessert.

07.16.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner & Dessert

Breakfast was a bowl of Leapin' Lemurs with Calorie Countdown.

Lunch was an English Muffin with Peanut Butter and Banana.

Snacked on Kangaroo Pita Chips and Tribe Scallion Hummus.

Dinner was Mustard Chicken Broccoli Couscous.

Dessert was a no sugar added Klondike Bar.

A bowl of Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs with Banana and Calorie Countdown.

Went 4.4mph for 11 mins on the treadmill.

Got into work and ate a Mrs. May's Trio Bar.

Read my Self Magazine while munching on some Cocoa Roast Almonds.

Ate two pitas and drank a Fuze Empower for lunch.

My snack was a Light & Fit Yogurt with Bear Naked Granola.

Quick Odwalla Banana Nut Bar for dinner.

10am - a bowl of Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs with banana and milk.

12pm - serving of Stacy's Pita Chips, Hummus and a Diet Sunkist.

2:30pm - had a Berry Berry Sundae while out shopping at Costco!

5pm - Dinner at China Chef sure hit the spot!

Pepper Steak stirfry, Sesame Chicken, Steak and Shrooms, Eggrolls, Cream Cheese Wonton and Egg Foo Young.

More Steak and Shrooms, Sesame Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Eggrolls, Cream Cheese Wontons and another Egg Foo Young.

Pineapple, Peaches, Vanilla Pudding and an Almond Cookie.
