07.18.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Dessert

I got in 7 hours of sleep...10pm-5am. Rushed to get dressed and headed to work; I'm covering this weekend for another coworker:)

9am - an English Muffin with PB & Banana and Calorie Countdown.

1pm - two pitas, cottage cheese and peaches after putting in 3 miles.

5pm - snacked on some sea salt pita chips and scallion hummus.

7:30pm - Chicken Broccoli stirfry with Whole Foods Peanut Sauce.

8:30pm - NSA Klondike Bar for dessert.

07.16.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner & Dessert

Breakfast was a bowl of Leapin' Lemurs with Calorie Countdown.

Lunch was an English Muffin with Peanut Butter and Banana.

Snacked on Kangaroo Pita Chips and Tribe Scallion Hummus.

Dinner was Mustard Chicken Broccoli Couscous.

Dessert was a no sugar added Klondike Bar.

Ate a Chocolate Mint Luna Cookie for Breakfast.

Snacked on some Organic Valley String Cheese.

Ate a bowl of Envirokidz Organic Leapin' Lemurs when I got to work.

Lunch was two grilled chicken & cheese pitas with hummus and a Fuze.

Snacked on some Banana Chips a coworker brought in.

Nature's Path Organic Peanut Butter Granola and Greek Yogurt.
