05.26.09 Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks

Hey bloggies...hope everyone's holiday weekend went well!

I got 7 hours of sleep...9:30pm-4:30am:) Woke up and got dressed, grabbed some fud and headed off to work.

Arrived at work just before 6am and didn't have my breakfast until 8am...which was an EAS Cookies 'N Cream Protein Bar since it was so busy.

Got my break at 9:40am and went out and jogged three quarters of a mile around the path here then came back in and snacked on a light string cheese stick.

During my hour lunch I got in just over 2 more miles because work was mentally draining today and I needed it. Also picked up a SoBe Lean Green Tea to assist my metabolism.
 
Ran back to my building and made myself two pitas with turkey breast, lettuce and cheese for lunch and drank a Fuze along with it.

05.18.09 Lunch, Bowling, Dinner & Snacks

Slept from 7:30am-10:30am. Woke up and got ready for the bowling reunion party and drove out to Inver Grove Heights and arrived by noon.

Automatic scoring...I remember when I was in a bowling league and it all had to be done on transparencies...sadly they are tearing that bowling alley down soon:(

Ate a Peanut Butter Cookies Larabar from my lunch.

A bag of cheddar bunnies for my snack.

We all had a blast chatting it up at the reunion party and afterwards I drove back towards work and picked up my eats for the next few nights. Headed to work and enjoyed the glorious day:)

Arrived at work a little before 6pm and whipped up some Dannon Light 'n Fit with some organic banana walnut granola.

Later, for a snack I had a Kashi Raspberry Chocolate Fruit & Grain Bar.

Dinner was two Flax Omega-3 Pitas with Natural Turkey Breast, Fresh Guacamole, Cheese and Spinach. Also some Friendship no salt added cottage cheese and NSA peaches.

My last snack was some greek yogurt sweetened with sun crystals and sprinkled with cinnamon.

04.22.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

I slept for 7 hours - 6:30am-1:30pm.

Couldn't resist weighing in since I am so close to onederland...200.8lbs this morning!!!

Got ready for my last night of work and watched an episode of Ranma 1/2 with Dave while I painted my toenails a silvery blue:)

Packed some spinach and Joseph's pita bread and left around 3:30pm and headed to Holiday to fill up the van...$2.05/gal but I had Cub coupons totaling 15 cents off/gal for 12 gallons. $22.80 for a near full tank...

Ate my last Kashi Pumpkin Pie Fruit & Grain bar at 4pm.

Then I headed toward Kohl's but detoured to Target first. I bought some C batteries for my shower radio, 4 pack Del Monte NSA Peaches were on sale for $2, 2 - Advant Edge Cookies N Cream Bars...since I can only find them at Target now, some Pond's eye cream, Extra sugarfree gum and a birthday card for a certain special gal;)

Actually got to Kohl's after that and tried some things on and ended up buying a white tank top and white knitted sweater. I had a $5 off coupon that was about to expire.

Today I wore my short white trench coat with my white cargo capri's and sandals...struck a pose while I was at Kohl's.

Then I got to work and had a little time to exercise...only got to do some power walking though.

Just before 6pm I made myself a bowl of Banana-Flax-Almond Matcha Green Tea Optimum Rebound with a cup of Calorie Countdown reduced sugar milk.


Work has been pretty typical tonight. I took my 20 minute break at 9pm and did two circuit laps in the parking lot...wanted to do more but I must have been running too good because I got a stitch in my side! Ouch:( 

Got myself a snack...yummy FSTG's Sweet Potato chips with Pineapple Salsa!


It was pretty busy with tickets and troubleshooting up until lunch at midnight. 

Went down to the breakroom and made myself two pitas...each with 3 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp Wholly Guacamole, 1/2 stick shredded light string cheese and 1 1/2 cups of spinach. Had a Powerade Zero with my meal and went outside for another walk.

After lunch I had some downtime so I checked all my email accounts, finished catching up on all my flog reading, did some coupon hunting and shopping strategy for Angie's upcoming birthday, and looked up the schedule for the upcoming Mother's Day Brunch Cruise on the St. Croix.

Dave and Angie went to Oasis at Rockpoint and dinner for them was a small piece of lasagna, green beans, salad and water. They had a class after dinner on good samaritans...people who have a clear idea what needs to be done and an irresistable urge to do it.

I got hungry around 2:30am so I had an ounce of Cocoa Roast Almonds.


I finished up all the server checks, Tivoli and Veritas. Ran downstairs about 5am and whipped up a delectable cup of Greek God's 0% Greek Yogurt with a packet of Truvia and a quarter cup of Bear Naked Fit Granola.


Grabbed my last South Beach S'more bar for the road...

I'm thrilled to be off work until Monday morning! 

We're going to see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D tomorrow after Angie gets off work and I'll be making some kind of healthy dinner. 

Helping my mom Friday morning take care of some financial stuff. Might go out to see Grandma Friday night or Saturday. 

Saturday we might go to a game party fundraiser that my friend Krissy invited us to. Gotta shop for Angie's birthday in the meantime. 

Sunday morning is church and then I'm hanging out with my sister at MOA. Four days will fly by so darn fast...
