05.18.09 Lunch, Bowling, Dinner & Snacks

Slept from 7:30am-10:30am. Woke up and got ready for the bowling reunion party and drove out to Inver Grove Heights and arrived by noon.

Automatic scoring...I remember when I was in a bowling league and it all had to be done on transparencies...sadly they are tearing that bowling alley down soon:(

Ate a Peanut Butter Cookies Larabar from my lunch.

A bag of cheddar bunnies for my snack.

We all had a blast chatting it up at the reunion party and afterwards I drove back towards work and picked up my eats for the next few nights. Headed to work and enjoyed the glorious day:)

Arrived at work a little before 6pm and whipped up some Dannon Light 'n Fit with some organic banana walnut granola.

Later, for a snack I had a Kashi Raspberry Chocolate Fruit & Grain Bar.

Dinner was two Flax Omega-3 Pitas with Natural Turkey Breast, Fresh Guacamole, Cheese and Spinach. Also some Friendship no salt added cottage cheese and NSA peaches.

My last snack was some greek yogurt sweetened with sun crystals and sprinkled with cinnamon.

05.12.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Hi all! Hope everyone had a terrific Tuesday!

Got in 7 hours of sleep 6:30am-1:30pm.

Woke up and got dressed and ready for work and ate breakfast at 3pm which was a Thomas English muffin with Barney Butter (Almond Butter) and 100% Fruit Strawberry Jam. These placemats we got from Grandma are really cute and summery.


Around 4:30pm I headed to Cub Foods to pick up some groceries and went to the bank to deposit a check and get cash out so I could make another deposit at my other bank.

Got to work just before 6pm and felt hungry so I had a Kashi Almond Crunch Granola Bar.

Work was very busy at first with our new Europe UNIX checks and maintenance alerts. I took a break around 9pm and ate an ounce of Cocoa Roast Almonds to keep me sharp ^_^

It stayed busy all the way up until my hour lunch which was 11pm-midnight. I ate a flax pita with hummus, grilled chicken breast, cheese and spinach. Also had the last serving of my Riceworks Sweet Chili Chips along with the last of my Wholly Mild Salsa. Drank a Snapple Diet Green Tea...I defintely prefer SoBe Lean Green Tea...much sweeter tasting;)

Around 2am things finally quieted down and my tummy felt like it needed some assistance digesting so I ate an Attune Strawberry Probiotic Bar...which has 5x the active live cultures that yogurt does:) Yay...for downtime! Gonna try to have a little fun now...

Caught up on my email, read some funnies, watched a few videos...got busy for awhile. Took my last break at 5am and whipped myself up some greek yogurt with organic banana walnut granola sweetened with sun crystals + stevia. It was pure decadence!

Well I'm off work at 3M until Monday night! I hope everyone has a great hump day, rest of the week and weekend!

05.11.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Hey everyone...it's Monday once again. Hope everyone has a good day!

Got in 9 luxurious hours of sleep from 7:30am-4:30pm. I sure needed it!

Woke up and got dressed and rushed out the door!


Had an EAS Cookies 'n Cream protein bar at 5:30pm for breakfast on the way to work.

Ate a Kashi Roasted Almond Crunch Granola bar around 8pm.

Had some Riceworks Sweet Chili Chips and salsa for a snack at 10pm.

Lunch at 1am was chicken tacos with salsa; cottage cheese & peaches.

My snack at 3am was an ounce of Cocoa Roasted Almonds.

5am was a 4oz bowl of greek yogurt with cinnamon and granola.

Today's Calories: 1,386 Carbs: 150g Fat: 55g Fiber: 24g Protein: 76g

05.10.09 Dinner & Late Night Snack

It was a really long, quiet evening. I had trouble staying awake since I didn't get much sleep last night:( 

Entertained myself with good tunes, some youtube vidz and jokes at Mildly Hot Peppers.

For dinner I had two pitas with hummus, chicken breast, cheese, and spinach. Also had cottage cheese and peaches.

I was feeling a little hungry later so I had some naked Greek Yogurt sweetened with Sun Crystals.

I'm in dire need of sleep...
