1pm - fine Indian cuisine for brunch

Tandoori Chicken, Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, Chicken Curry, & Naan.

2nd plate - more Chana Masala, Chicken Curry, Naan & Mango Pudding.

6pm - bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins and Calorie Countdown

12pm - two pitas, cottage cheese, peaches and a Mango Acai Twist

3am - FSTG's Lime chips with Peach Mango Salsa

5:30am - Greek Yogurt sweetened with Truvia and a few Tbsp Cinnamon

04.21.09 Brunch, Dinner & Snacks

Hi all,

Got in 7 hours of sleep...7am-2pm. 

Woke up and decided I should weigh myself again to see what effect the three slices of pizza I ate yesterday had on me. I lost .2 lbs...not bad given what I ate.

I got ready for work and ate a Kashi Pumpkin Pie Fruit & Grain at 3pm.

Then I headed to the gym on this beautiful 60 degree day!

I got them to let me take photos of the gym:)




Had a great workout...I'm so close to onederland I can taste it!

I headed over to work just before 6pm and immediately had to go to our other server building to change tapes on a HP3K server. I love going to that building because I get to run up and down the flights of stairs.

Got back to work and made myself a nice bowl of carbs to recover from my workout...which was 3/4 cup of Nature's Path Organic Optimum Rebound Banana-Flax-Almond Matcha Green Tea Cereal with 1 cup of Calorie Countdown Reduced Sugar Milk.

It's been a typical Tuesday night at work...definitely better than a Monday!

Got caught up on a lot of websites I skim regularly. 

Had my 20 minute break at 8:40pm and did my circuit training in the parking lot and brought a snack back with me to my desk...a serving of Food Should Taste Good's Sweet Potato Chips with 2 Tbsp TJ's Pineapple Salsa...holy yum!

Worked on typical server tickets and there ended up being a power outage in Juarez, Mexico.

Lunch was at midnight...I made my last Ethnic Gourmet Meal - Tandoori Chicken with Spinach which was packed full of spice and flavor. 

I also read through the magazine I bought yesterday at Sam's Club and went for a 15 minute walk.


After lunch I went back to work and helped a friend of mine on the China helpdesk with some Lotus Notes version 8 questions. 

Started feeling hungry again around 2am so I had an ounce of Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds.

The rest of the night there were some CSMS maintenance issues I had to take care of by logging on to a UNIX server and running a few commands. 

Also had to run some web server recycles because there were a few sites that didn't load properly after maintenance.

Took my last 20 minute break at 3:40am and made myself some Greek Yogurt sweetened with Truvia and a quarter cup of Bear Naked Granola.

Took my South Beach Diet S'more Bar for the drive home...


Two nights down...one more to go! Woo Hoo!!
