Tandoori Chicken, Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, Chicken Curry, & Naan.

2nd plate - more Chana Masala, Chicken Curry, Naan & Mango Pudding.

6pm - bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins and Calorie Countdown

12pm - two pitas, cottage cheese, peaches and a Mango Acai Twist

3am - FSTG's Lime chips with Peach Mango Salsa

5:30am - Greek Yogurt sweetened with Truvia and a few Tbsp Cinnamon

Breakfast was a bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins with Calorie Countdown

My morning snack was a Brownie Crunch ThinkThin Bar

Lunch was Chicken Breast, Green Beans and Tomato Slices at Denny's

My afternoon snack was Green Tea and Greek Yogurt with Granola

Came home and made dinner...fried up chicken breast and onion in olive oil

Delicious, spicy Indian Madras curry

Madras curry mixed in with brown basmati rice

My portion of the meal with whole wheat tandoori naan

04.30.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner at Home

Hiya friends...it's Thursday!

Got in 7 hours of sleep 12pm-7am.

Woke up, did some chores, paid a few bills and then got dressed.

Ate a Cherry Pie Larabar for my breakfast.

Headed out around 9am to go visit my mom to help her out with some computer stuff. Reformatting documents, printer issues, network reconfig, etc...

Was going to go grocery shopping but didn't end up having much time. Being the last day of April of course it had to rain:) I had a really great morning anyways!

Picked up Angie from Target about 2pm and we went home and I started cooking our late lunch. 

We have a volunteer committee at church we are a part of and we requested help for mounting our flat screen TV on the wall over our fireplace. 

Bill from Rockpoint volunteered for the task and came out today shortly after 2pm and helped us mount the bracket on the wall and put it up. He was a joy to work with and we greatly appreciated his assistance! Now when we recline back on our sofas the TV will be up where is should instead of on the floor and our dog won't walk in front of it anymore lol!

After Bill left the brown basmati rice I had simmering was done...so it only took about an hour to mount the TV on the wall! I mixed in some Palak Paneer with the rice and heated up some whole grain naan and voila! lunch was served:) Had some sugar free raspberry ice tea to drink. A no sugar added ice cream bar for dessert.


After lunch we watched the latest episode of Giada at Home on our newly mounted flat screen contently reclined back on our couches. 

Then we headed out at 4pm to go help Jeremy and Cody finish moving their things into a storage locker and clean the apartment. Thankfully they extended the deadline to 7pm but we barely finished on time.


I had Kangaroo Pita Bites and a Powerade Zero for a snack on the way back home.


We ended up going to the house we're selling and doing a walk though to make sure things were ok. Unloaded our two wheelers and a few other things there...we are going to have to get a storage locker for the rest of our stuff because we need more time to sort through everything.

Got home around 9pm...I wasn't too hungry so I had an EAS Cookies 'n Cream protein bar for dinner.

Spent awhile down in cyberia checking my email and watching an episode of Ranma 1/2. 

Got ready for bed and decided to curl up my hair because it's fun and I haven't done it since I dyed my hair red.

Felt a little hungry before bed so I had a S'mores South Beach Diet bar that makes me reminisce of campfires;)
