06.30.09 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Slept in til 2pm since I'm off work and not back to 3M until Friday night.

2:30pm - ate a South Beach Chocolate Peanut Butter Crisp Bar. 180 cal

4pm - ate a snack pack of Annie's cheddar bunnies. 140 cal

6pm - Mrs. May's Trio Bar before I headed out to do errands for ppl. 230 cal

8:30pm - had Papa Murphy's for dinner! Last day for B2G1 Free:)

Chicken Bacon Artichoke deLITE

Veggie deLITE with White Garlic Sauce

Two slices of Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza. 360 cal, 18g fat, 23 g protein

My two slices of the BBQ Chicken pizza. 360 cal, 15g fat, 22g protein

And my two slices of the Veggie deLITE pizza. 300 cal, 16g fat, 16g protein

10pm - Klondike Slim-a-Bear No Sugar Added Krunch Bar. 170 cal

11pm - I drank a Jones Sugar Free Cream Soda.

05.04.09 Dinner through 05.05.09 Angie's 21st Birthday Party!

Monday night dinner was garlic aioli mustard chicken with tomato couscous and broccoli.

Got in 7 hours of sleep and woke up Tuesday to get ready for Angie's party!

Tuesday breakfast was an Apple Pie Larabar.

Tuesday lunch was four slices of Papa Murphy's DeLite pizza (Veggie and Barbecue Chicken) and a half serving of Baked! Tortillas with medium chunky salsa.



Dessert was a piece of Angie's 21st b-day cake with NSA Ice Cream.


Dave took this crazy pic of that looks like I'm eating my cake out of a huge beer can! LMAO!!!

The birthday girl, her cousin Alyssia and a Leine Light!

Presents!

My snack was some Annie's chocolate bunnies!

Dinner was Wendy's Chili and chicken nuggets.

My late night snack was Chocolate Peanut Butter Chex Mix with milk.

03.11.09 Breakfast, Papa Murphy's Lunch, & Dinner at Rockpoint




Didn't get a chance to photograph dinner at Rockpoint Church but my first plate was a chicken taco salad made with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and chicken breast and I had some cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and celery on the side. 

Went up for another plate which included another smaller chicken taco salad, more veggies and some cottage cheese with peaches. I split half an oatmeal raisin cookie and half a white chocolate macadamia cookie with Dave.

02.04.09 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Got in 7 hours of sleep...9:30pm - 4:30am. Woke up got dressed and drove Angie to work. Came back home and checked my email, worked on financial stuff. Ended up taking a nap from 10:30am - 12:30pm. So I actually got in 9 hours of sleep:)

Woke up and went down to the kitchen and made toasted Thomas English Muffins with Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam for Dave & I.

Left around 1:15pm to pickup Angie from work and came back home and got ready to go over to the old place to get more work done.

Got to the old place and worked in the basement and got all the boxes out of the furnace room and sorted things. Loaded the wooden gun cabinet in the back of the truck along with a wooden toy chest, that was in the house when we bought it, that we are giving our neighbor Gary for his kids.

Also brought some recyclables back with us in the truck and our DVD collection.

Stopped at Papa Murphy's on the way back to the new place and picked up two pizzas...Herb Chicken Mediterranean and Steak Gorgonzola. Then we stopped by Target because we needed a new juice pitcher...I also bought 2 1lb bags of Broccoli that you can just put the whole bag in the microwave to steam, Edy's No Sugar Added Triple Chocolate Ice Cream and some South Beach Diet Bars.

Got home and put the groceries and pizza away and then unloaded the truck. Started dinner at 5:45pm since our friend was showing up at 6pm. The pizza came out great and I steamed Broccoli to go with it so the meal would be filling.

I had four slices of pizza and 2 cups of Broccoli.

2 Slices Herb Chicken Mediterranean (360 cal, 18g fat, 4g fiber, 20g protein), Broccoli & SF Lemonade


2 Slices Steak Gorgonzola (380 cal, 20g fat, 4g fiber, 20g protein), 
with the rest of my Broccoli & SF Lemonade

After dinner Dave, Angie, our friend and I watched a couple movies.

Later on for dessert I dished up some Edy's No Sugar Added Triple Chocolate Ice Cream.

My portion (220 cal, 7g fat, 4g fiber, 6g protein)
