07.17.09 Brunch, Dinner & Snacks

I made Tamarind Chicken Curry with Whole Grain Naan for brunch.

Saw a semi hauling a bus on the way out to run some errands.

Ate a Fiber One Caramel Delight Bar then saw it had HFCS!!! :(

Dinner was two bunless JBC's from Wendy's...

Chili and Chicken Nuggets...

Dave showed me his new idea to crumble the nuggets so it soaks up chili!

Much later I had a bowl of greek yogurt with a smashed Kind Bar and unsweetened coconut along with a packet of Truvia.

Ate a Luna Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie for Breakfast.

Snacked on Kashi TLC Original 7 Grain Crackers.

Ate a Wendy's Grilled Chicken BLT Salad for Lunch.

Thai Chicken Stirfry for Dinner.

Ate a serving of pita chips with hummus for my late night snack.

Ate a Turkey Burger with Spicy Brown Mustard for Breakfast.

Wendy's Grilled Chicken BLT Salad for Lunch.

First tray of Kale Chips

Second tray of Kale Chips (Seasoned with olive oil and sea salt)

Spinach omelette with salsa and kale chips for dinner.

06.22.09 Breakfast, Lunch at Wendy's and Dinner at MOA

6am - Toasted Nuts 'n Cranberry Luna Bar to give me some energy!

9am - I ate a cup of no sugar added strawberry frozen yogurt.

12pm - Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Mandarin Oranges & a Light Lemonade at Wendy's.

2pm - munched on a cup of Envirokidz Organic Peanut Butter Panda Puffs.

5pm - ate an ooey gooey South Beach S'mores Bar...yum!

9pm - our appetizer was part of a chip and guacamole plate.

My main entree was Mahi-Mahi grilled with achiote, sweet pickled red onions and green onion with two varieties of mexican rice and black beans.

My typical Thomas English Muffin with Peanut Butter and Apricot Jam.


There was a going away party for one of my coworkers since they got a promotion. I brought some nice, healthy Popchips so I knew there would be something healthy I could eat there.

I had this same exact plate twice over. Popchips with Hormel Natural Turkey Breast and shredded light string cheese with some veggies and Tribe Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.

I love Land O'Lakes Probiotic Cottage Cheese with NSA Peaches!

Food Should Taste Good's The Works! Chips with Wholly Mild Salsa

Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt with Bear Baked Fit Vanilla Almond Crunch Granola

Quick Dinner at Wendy's - 4 pc Chicken Nuggests and a Large Chili

Dessert was a little bag of Annie's Homegrown Chocolate Bunnies!
