07.04.09 Happy Fourth of July! Breakfast, Lunch at Ruby Tuesday, Dinner & Snacks

I hope everyone is enjoying their 4th of July weekend!

2pm - slept in since I work tonight...woke up & ate a Blueberry Trio Bar.

It was raining outside and my mom wasn't up to grilling so we went to RuTu.

4:30pm - made myself a healthy work of art!

Had the Chesapeake Catch for my main entree.

Cottage Cheese with sunflower seeds for dessert.

Bought a No Sugar Added Cherry Pie from Wallyworld:)

My slice of Cherry Pie with a scoop of Edy's NSA Vanilla.

9:30pm - everyone at work had frothy Root Beer Floats to celebrate.

We all watched the Woodbury fireworks out our third floor window!

1am - had Turkey Chili, the last of my Buffalo Chips and a Spinach Pita.

4:30am - ate a Carb n' Sugar Control Strawberry Yogurt.

06.22.09 Breakfast, Lunch at Wendy's and Dinner at MOA

6am - Toasted Nuts 'n Cranberry Luna Bar to give me some energy!

9am - I ate a cup of no sugar added strawberry frozen yogurt.

12pm - Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Mandarin Oranges & a Light Lemonade at Wendy's.

2pm - munched on a cup of Envirokidz Organic Peanut Butter Panda Puffs.

5pm - ate an ooey gooey South Beach S'mores Bar...yum!

9pm - our appetizer was part of a chip and guacamole plate.

My main entree was Mahi-Mahi grilled with achiote, sweet pickled red onions and green onion with two varieties of mexican rice and black beans.

06.20.09 Quick Breakfast, Lunch from the Tea House and Dinner at Home

8am - working overtime day shift so I ate a Blueberry Trio Bar for brekkie.

11am - My lunch was Chicken Broccoli Stirfry with rice from the Tea House.

3pm - I ate a cup of no sugar added frozen yogurt and drank a FlavorSplash.

7pm - I made Chicken Tikka Masala for dinner and this was my portion.

10pm - I had a serving of Stacy's Pita Chips with some hummus.
