Got in 7 hours of sleep 6:30am-1:30pm.






Woke up and got dressed and ready for work and ate breakfast at 3pm which was a Thomas English muffin with Barney Butter (Almond Butter) and 100% Fruit Strawberry Jam. These placemats we got from Grandma are really cute and summery.
Around 4:30pm I headed to Cub Foods to pick up some groceries and went to the bank to deposit a check and get cash out so I could make another deposit at my other bank.
Got to work just before 6pm and felt hungry so I had a Kashi Almond Crunch Granola Bar.

Work was very busy at first with our new Europe UNIX checks and maintenance alerts. I took a break around 9pm and ate an ounce of Cocoa Roast Almonds to keep me sharp ^_^

It stayed busy all the way up until my hour lunch which was 11pm-midnight. I ate a flax pita with hummus, grilled chicken breast, cheese and spinach. Also had the last serving of my Riceworks Sweet Chili Chips along with the last of my Wholly Mild Salsa. Drank a Snapple Diet Green Tea...I defintely prefer SoBe Lean Green Tea...much sweeter tasting;)


Around 2am things finally quieted down and my tummy felt like it needed some assistance digesting so I ate an Attune Strawberry Probiotic Bar...which has 5x the active live cultures that yogurt does:) Yay...for downtime! Gonna try to have a little fun now...

Caught up on my email, read some funnies, watched a few videos...got busy for awhile. Took my last break at 5am and whipped myself up some greek yogurt with organic banana walnut granola sweetened with sun crystals + stevia. It was pure decadence!

Well I'm off work at 3M until Monday night! I hope everyone has a great hump day, rest of the week and weekend!
