05.09.09 Lunch & Dinner

For a snack I had an ounce of Cocoa Roast Almonds around 10:30pm.

I had a late lunch at 1am...two Kangaroo Whole Wheat Pita pockets with roasted garlic hummus, grilled chicken breast, shredded light string cheese, and spinach. Dipped my pitas in some Wholly Salsa and also had a half cup of cottage cheese.

Had a snack around 2:30am consisting of a serving of Riceworks Brown Rice Sweet Chili Chips with some more Wholly Salsa...they had quite the kick to them;)

I didn't feel like having much of a dinner so about 4:30am I whipped up 6oz of greek yogurt with some truvia and the last of my Kashi Summer Berry Granola with Omega-3's.

It's been a really long night and I'm thrilled to be going home but I won't get much sleep since we are taking my mom on a Mother's Day brunch cruise tomorrow at 1pm.
