For breakfast I had a Thomas English Muffin with Almond Butter and Blueberry Jam.

We spent the afternoon at my mom's landscaping and cutting tree limbs with the polesaw.
We made up nice, big salads for lunch. I also had a Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi:/

Dessert was sugar free Jello with Cool Whip.

For dinner we had a bonfire in the backyard and grilled chicken breast!
