I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day!
I had to work...only got 6 hours of sleep 10:30pm-4:30am.
Woke up, got dressed and headed to work and threw together a bowl of Organic Blueberry Cinnamon + Omega-3 Cereal with a cup of milk:)

For my midmorning snack I had FSTG's Jalapeno Chips with salsa.


My midafternoon snack was a Pumpkin Pie Kashi Bar.

I got off work at 6pm and got picked up and we headed out to Fort Snelling to pay our respects.

Afterwards we went out to eat dinner at Old Country Buffet.

First was a chicken taco salad

Second was a plate of fish and green beans with onions

Third was a plate of medium rare steak and BBQ pineapple chicken

Dessert was fat free, sugar free frozen yogurt with sugar free apples
