07.08.09 Brunch and Dinner at OCB

Lunch was freebie Wednesday at Arby's!

Dinner at OCB - first was a Chicken Taco Salad.

Chicken, Steak, Peppers, Meatloaf and a little cornbread.

Last plate was fish and green beans with onions.

Dessert was reduced sugar chocolate cream pie...

and some no sugar added frozen yogurt with baked apples mixed in!

06.26.09 Breakfast, Shrimpies for Lunch and OCB for dinner

Hey everyone...I'm back to work at 3M and working all weekend long now.

6am - ate a Chocolate Raspberry Luna Bar when I got into work.

9am- had a bowl of Envirokidz Organic Peanut Butter Panda Puffs.

12pm - got a plate of 15 shrimpies and some cocktail sauce.

Ate 15 more shrimpies with more cocktail sauce, broccoli and mushrooms.

Salmon, Seafood Delight, Cantaloupe, Cream Cheese & a Tiramisuy Cake.

4pm - I ate about a cup of NSA strawberry froyo...210 cal, fat free.

8pm - Chicken Taco Salad with lots of Pico De Gallo at OCB.

Codfish, Salmon, Peppers and Zucs.

Steak with Horsey, Pineapple Chicken, Breaded Fish with Tartar Sauce:/

Cantaloupe and Cottage Cheese with Sunflower Seeds.

A bowl of Nonfat, NSA Froyo with Apples mixed in for dessert.

06.24.09 Breakfast, Lunch at Arby's, Dinner at Subway, Snacks & Dessert

7am - I made myself a Thomas English Muffin with organic peanut butter and 100% fruit blueberry jam and drank a cup of coffee for breakfast.

12pm - Lunch was the innards of two regular roast beef sandwiches with some horsey sauce and Lemonade...love freebie Wednesdays at Arby's.

5pm - Dinner was Subway since we were out with Grandma...a six inch oven roasted chicken breast sub on wheat with loads of veggies ie...peppers, tomatoes, onion & spinach, also apples and light lemonade.

At Cub there were free sample of Nut Clusters...they were good!

We recently got a new espresso machine so I had some frothy goodness...

along with a cup of Edy's No Sugar Added Coffee Ice Cream!

9am - Ate a Peanut Butter Cookie Luna Bar for Breakfast.

12pm - Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad & FlavorSplash for Lunch.

2pm - Ate the apple and drank the rest of my FlavorSplash.

4pm - Greek Yogurt with Truvia and a 1/4 cup of Bear Naked Granola.

7pm - Dinner was a citrusy Strawberry Walnut Chicken salad and iced tea.

05.25.09 Happy Memorial Day! Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner at OCB

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day!

I had to work...only got 6 hours of sleep 10:30pm-4:30am. 

Woke up, got dressed and headed to work and threw together a bowl of Organic Blueberry Cinnamon + Omega-3 Cereal with a cup of milk:)

For my midmorning snack I had FSTG's Jalapeno Chips with salsa.

Before lunch I had to go to our other server building to change tapes...so I physically ran over there and got a great workout and enjoyed the beautiful day and my MP3 player! When I got back to my building I had two pitas and a Powerade Zero for my lunch.

My midafternoon snack was a Pumpkin Pie Kashi Bar.

I got off work at 6pm and got picked up and we headed out to Fort Snelling to pay our respects.

Afterwards we went out to eat dinner at Old Country Buffet.

Second was a plate of fish and green beans with onions

Third was a plate of medium rare steak and BBQ pineapple chicken

Dessert was fat free, sugar free frozen yogurt with sugar free apples
