07.15.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Ate a Berry Pomegranate Luna Cookie for breakfast.

Lunch was Shrimp with cocktail sauce...

Salmon, Halibut, Green Beans...

and some Frozen Yogurt with a mini cake mixed in.

Snacked on a Nut Delight Kind Bar much later.

Picked up some Archer Farms Pineapple Peach Salsa.

FSTG's Lime Chips are the best!

My 10pm snack at work was...Lime Chips and Pineapple Mango Salsa.

100 Calorie Snack Pack of Guacamole for my pitas!

1am - two pitas with Turkey Breast, Guac, Cheese & Spinach.

4am - Friendship No Salt Added Cottage Cheese with NSA Peaches.

07.07.09 Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Shrimp, Cocktail Sauce and Iced Tea.

Chicken Broccoli, Cashew Chicken, Pepper Stirfry, Wonton and Dim Sum.

Watermelon, Oranges, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Macaroon, Baozi and Wonton.

Frozen Yogurt with a mini cake mixed in it.

Kashi 7 Grain Bar for a snack much later on.

Ate a Mrs. May's Strawberry Trio Bar around midnight.

3am - ate two pitas and a glass of water.

5am - Strawberry yogurt with Bear Naked mixed in.

07.01.09 Breakfast, and Seafood for Lunch & Dinner

10:30am - ate a Mrs. May's Tropical Trio Bar for Breakfast.
(called Trio Bars because there are made up of 3 fruits, 3 nuts and 3 seeds)

12:30pm - I ate a garden salad with ranch on the side and lemonade.

Shirmp Scampi, Bay Scallops, Wild Rice and more lemonade.

Flowers my mom planted in her fountain garden.

5:30pm -ordered a salad with toasted walnuts and tarragon vinaigrette.

Fish with Orange Ginger Salsa, Parmesan Risotto and Asparagus.

06.29.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Too Many Sweetz!

6am - ate a Nutz Over Chocolate Luna Bar

9am - a bowl of Peanut Butter Panda Puffs with Calorie Countdown

10:30am - a 100 calorie pack of Cocoa Roast Almonds - YUM!

12:15pm - plate of shrimp, cocktail sauce and sushi

12:30pm - Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Mushrooms and Green Beans

12:45pm - Baozi, Cantaloupe, Mandarin Oranges, Cookie and Ice Cream

2:30pm - piece of cake that one of my coworkers made with a glass of milk

3:30pm - a slice of chocolate layer cake with the rest of my milk

5pm - the last 6oz of my greek yogurt with some Bear Naked and Truvia

7pm - cup of Turkey Chili and a serving of FSTG's Buffalo Chips

8:30pm - serving of Stacy's Pita Chips with hummus

11pm - bowl of Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs with a cup of Skim Milk

06.27.09 Breakfast, Lunch and Mike & Khanh's Dinner Reception

Hello, fellow foodies! I hope everyone had a wonderful Saturday!!!

Worked a half day at work...from 6am until noon so I could attend my friend Mike and Khanh's wedding at 2pm.

6am - got into work and had a Mrs. May's Blueberry Trio Bar to tide me.

9am - ate a bowl of Envirokidz Organic Peanut Butter Panda Puffs.

11am - 6oz Greek Yogurt with Truvia and Bear Naked Granola.

12:30pm - Whole Wheat Crackers and Gouda.

12:45 pm - more Whole Wheat Crackers and Havarti.

Arrived at the wedding just before 2pm and the ceremony lasted about an hour...everything seemed to go great and they looked very happy!

The reception took place at the Edinburgh Golf Course's Banquet Hall.

Took a walk outside on the terrace and Dave took a few pictures of me. It was a gorgeous day and the flowers and greenery were beautiful out there!


Went back in the hall and Jenny, Bonnie and Sandy were chatting it up.

Here's the lovely white and turquoise tiered wedding cake with orchids:)

The hall was tastefully decorated and tied into the wedding color scheme.

Another shot of the banquet room as guests were starting to arrive.


We found our place markers and were at table 23...me in my seat.

Dave in his seat. Had a great table close to the exit which led to the bar;)

Lovely place setting...silverware, plates and glasses; great ambience!

First appetizer served was Korean Beef Bulgogi.

Next was a Shrimp Shooter with Cocktail Sauce.

Then a Shrimp Shooter with Blue Cheese Sauce.

Berry Bliss Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette and slivered almonds.

Chunk of Cranberry Bread.

I thought it was cute how the butter was served in balls.

Champagne and Water.

Sauteed Breast of Chicken with Artichokes and Shitake Mushrooms in a Lemon Thyme Sauce with Chive Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus.

Cake and a cup of coffee for dessert...I did go back up and get more cake:/

What a spectacular wedding! Congratulations Mike & Khanh!!!
