07.07.09 Lunch, Dinner & Snacks

Shrimp, Cocktail Sauce and Iced Tea.

Chicken Broccoli, Cashew Chicken, Pepper Stirfry, Wonton and Dim Sum.

Watermelon, Oranges, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Macaroon, Baozi and Wonton.

Frozen Yogurt with a mini cake mixed in it.

Kashi 7 Grain Bar for a snack much later on.

Ate a Mrs. May's Strawberry Trio Bar around midnight.

3am - ate two pitas and a glass of water.

5am - Strawberry yogurt with Bear Naked mixed in.

06.03.09 Breakfast at Jamba Juice, Lunch from Wendy's, Dinner at China Chef & Snacks

Breakfast was Organic Steel Cut Oats and a NSA Strawberry Nirvana Light

My morning snack was a Strawberry Luna Bar and a Blueberry Fuze

Lunch was a bunless Grilled Chicken Sandwich from Wendy's

Some Annie's Cheddar Bunnies

Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Sandwich for dessert

Grocery Shopping Trip - (Costco, Trader Joe's)

Costco: Lean All Natural Turkey Burgers, All Natural Chicken Breast, Lean Ground Beef, Organic Broccoli, Organic Baby Spinach, Edamame, Hummus and Extra Lean Ham

Trader Joe's: Whole Wheat Pitas, Greek Yogurt, Wild Blueberries, Frozen Spinach, Bananas, Sweet Potato Fries, Cage Free Brown Eggs

05.08.09 Breakfast, Lunch, & Snacks

Got in 8 hours of sleep 4am-12pm.

Woke up, showered and got dressed.

Left a little early to do some Mother's Day and grocery shopping.

Breakfast ended up being an EAS Cookies 'n Cream protein bar around 2pm.

Lunch was several hours later...some healthier asian food...unbreaded chicken, fish and veggies...was a bit naughty with the dessert!




My fortune read "Remember three months from this date. Good things are in store for you."

It was a typical night for a Friday...got alerts on all the regulars. 

I had two 20 minute breaks so I ran my circuit course in the parking lot 6 times. Somewhere my access badge flew out of my pocket while I was running so I had to ask the guards for a flashlight.

Couldn't have found it without the flashlight since it was in a shadowy spot next to a parking lot bumper. (I balance on and run between parking lot bumpers as part of my course.)

The rest of my work night I stayed on the light side...probiotic cottage cheese with peaches and greek yogurt with cinnamon and a quarter cup of Kashi Berry Granola with Omega-3's.
