Got in 9 luxurious hours of sleep from 7:30am-4:30pm. I sure needed it!
Woke up and got dressed and rushed out the door!

Had an EAS Cookies 'n Cream protein bar at 5:30pm for breakfast on the way to work.

Ate a Kashi Roasted Almond Crunch Granola bar around 8pm.

Had some Riceworks Sweet Chili Chips and salsa for a snack at 10pm.

My snack at 3am was an ounce of Cocoa Roasted Almonds.

5am was a 4oz bowl of greek yogurt with cinnamon and granola.
