Hey bloggies...hope everyone's holiday weekend went well!
I got 7 hours of sleep...9:30pm-4:30am:) Woke up and got dressed, grabbed some fud and headed off to work.
Arrived at work just before 6am and didn't have my breakfast until 8am...which was an EAS Cookies 'N Cream Protein Bar since it was so busy.
Got my break at 9:40am and went out and jogged three quarters of a mile around the path here then came back in and snacked on a light string cheese stick.
During my hour lunch I got in just over 2 more miles because work was mentally draining today and I needed it. Also picked up a SoBe Lean Green Tea to assist my metabolism.
Ran back to my building and made myself two pitas with turkey breast, lettuce and cheese for lunch and drank a Fuze along with it.
