05.31.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Dinner

It's Sunday...not my fun day cause I gotta work. 

Got in 7 hours of sleep...10pm-5am, threw on my track suit and ran out the door and headed to work. It was busy when I got in so I didn't eat breakfast until 10am after my 10min 3/4 mile jog.

Last of my Blueberry Cinnamon + Omega-3 Cereal with Calorie Countdown

Our lovely path at 3M is 3/4 mile:)

Went up to change tapes at 12:30pm and then I went out to jog another 3 laps in about 30 mins so I'd get a total of 3 miles in today.

Made lunch and ate it by 1:30pm - two pitas and a glass of water

Had a Peanut Butter Cookie Larabar for my snack at 3:30pm

Greek Yogurt with Flax Z Snax Wild Cherry Nut Granola & Sun Crystals at 5pm

I was glad to get off work at 6pm because it was a really long day...had a quiet afternoon so I got a lot of things planned and finished that I needed to.

Got home and decided to make Indian food for dinner cause I felt like something spicy.

Sauteed 1lb cubed chicken with onion

Steamed 1lb Broccoli

1 cup steamed brown basmati rice + TJ's Punjab Eggplant Curry + Chicken + Broccoli

My portion with some Whole Wheat Tandoori Naan...happy food:P

Tamarind Chutney for that added zing!
