07.11.09 Brunch and Dinner at Benihana!

Woke up and ate a Berries GoMega Odwalla Bar.

Breakfast was two Kashi Blueberry Waffles with 100% Fruit Jam.

Snacked on some sugar free gummi bears.

Drank a Black and Blue Berry Lifewater on the way to pickup my mom.

Dropped my mom off and went to Supertarget and used my coupon to buy the new Skinny Cow Chocolate Truffle Bars and I ate one on the way home.

Back to working nights at 3M for me!

6pm - made myself a Spinach, Mushroom and Red Pepper Omelette.

Drank a SoBe Mango Melon Lifewater with it.

9pm - snacked on a 100 cal pack of Cocoa Roast Almonds.

12:30am - ate a bowl of Turkey Chili with a serving of FSTG's Buffalo Chips

3am - snacked on the last of my Peanut Butter Panda Puffs:(

5am - 6oz nonfat greek yogurt with Truvia and Bear Naked.

06.05.09 Brunch at Sgt. Pepper's, Dinner & Snacks

Hey everyone...I've enjoyed my few days off but it's back to work for me tonight.

Got in 9 hours of sleep 2:30am-11:30am. Woke up, showered and got dressed. Headed out to drop off my timesheet, eat brunch and enjoy the day before I had to go to work.

Brunch was a salad

and Orange Roughy with Asparagus, Peppers, & Wild Rice at Sgt. Pepper's

My snack several hours later was a Brownie Crunch ThinkThin Bar

Later, a Fuji Apple Pear Lifewater along with some...

FSTG's Lime Chips and fresh Peach Mango Salsa

 

My late night snack was a Kashi TLC Chewy Honey Almond Flax Bar

 

Dinner was a container of Greek Yogurt with Bear Naked Fit Granola

Bet everyone can't wait for the weekend!

I also had Thursday off of work and got to sleep in until 11am:)

Woke up, got dressed and made myself a luxurious bowl of greek yogurt with Flax Z Snax's Wild Cherry Nut Granola which was the perfect start to my day...sweet, creamy and crunchy!

For lunch I made turkey burgers.

Ate these awesome Terra Sweet Potato Chips with my meal!

Lean Turkey Burger on a Whole Wheat Arnold with SF Ketchup, SP chips and a Fuze.

I made Angie lunch and brought it to her...turkey burger, cheddar bunnies and a SoBe.

Stopped at Menard's and picked up more topsoil and potting soil and these SF Gummies!

For dinner I made Pepper Steak Stirfry with short grain brown rice.

Had a cup of the last of the Edy's NSA Butter Pecan Ice Cream.

Breakfast was a Brownie Crunch ThinkThin Bar.

Lunch was two pitas with grilled chicken breast, spinach and cheese.

Dessert was a cup of Blue Bunny Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream.

For my snack later on I had a Mud Pie Protein Bar...

and a SoBe Blueberry lifewater on the way to Angie's cousin Alyssia's graduation.

After the 3 hour graduation we went to Ruby Tuesday!!!

After lunch we went out to visit grandma but she wasn't home so we visited Auntie Pat and Uncle Marv.

They just finished dinner and we brought dessert which was Blue Bunny's new Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Granola Sandwiches.

Later on we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner!
