02.10.09 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Got in 9 hours of sleep...9pm to 7am!

Woke up and got dressed and ended up doing 2 hours of housework...picking up stuff and cleaning the kitchen. Ate a Think Thin Creamy Peanut Butter Bar around 8am or so.

From about 9am - 11am I worked on putting Angie's IKEA Loft Bed with a desk and shelf underneath together...since we had taken it completely apart to move.

I was starving after that so I made myself a Thomas English Muffin with Smucker's Natural and Apricot Jam. Had a glass of Calorie Countdown with it.

Around noon I headed out to go to Costco to get some groceries...I bought Coffee, Creamer, Splenda Packets, Pickles, Olives, Soup, Organic Baby Spinach, Mushrooms, Lettuce, Ground Turkey, Turkey Burgers, Arnold Sandwich Thins, Thomas English Muffins, Sunspire Low Sugar Strawberry Spread and a cute green sweater to wear next month:)

Then I left to go pickup Angie but found Dave had tried to call me and had already picked her up but his call didn't even show up in my missed calls.

Got home and put all the groceries away and made myself some lunch since they had already eaten.

Made myself two pitas...each with 3 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, 1/8 cup Kraft 2% Italian Cheese and 1.5 cups of Spinach. Had a glass of SF orange juice with it.

We left the house around 2:45pm to take the kids to see the 3pm showing of Coraline in 3D. It was a very interesting, wierd movie...but that is what you'd expect from Tim Burton.

After the movie we took Angie to JoAnn Fabrics because she needed some acrylic painting supplies.

Came back home and I started on dinner which was Turkey Burgers with Wholly Spicy Guacamole on Arnold Sandwich Thins. Had a glass of SF grape juice with it.

My portion

Later on we watched the Biggest Loser and ate a cup of Edy's No Sugar Added Cookies N' Cream. It was a great episode of Biggest Loser...the contestants show a lot more consideration to each other and get along much better. Sad to see Blaine go but that's what he wanted and it looks like he did fine at home.

Spending the morning with my aunt tomorrow...helping her pick out a new computer, set it up and going out for lunch:)
