For dinner I fried up 3 turkey sausages and cut them up. Steamed some Trader Joe's Bell Pepper Mix, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots and Sugar Snap Peas. Mixed the ingredients together and added some 365 Whole Foods Peanut Sauce and voila...dinner was served.
