02.02.09 Dinner

Left work, got gas on the way home at $1.79/gal. 

Got home and started laundry then went up to the kitchen and started making dinner. 

I pounded and seasoned 3 - 6oz Chicken Breasts with Salt and Chinese 5 Spice Powder and cut them in half, Steamed 2lbs Broccoli and seasoned with salt, ginger and trans fat free spread, and warmed up 3 Crumpets.

My portion (592 cal, 24g fat, 14g fiber, 60g protein)

Relaxed on the couches and talked about how our day went and had 120 cal Kemp's No Sugar Added Ice Cream Sandwiches for dessert. We were going to watch House but it got too late and Angie had to go to bed around 7:30pm because she works at 5am. I waited for my laundry to finish and ended up going to bed at 9pm.
