It's been a rather slow night...finished updating my FitDay and editing my food lists. Caught up on reading all the food blogs that I follow. Got some more server tickets to work on.
Earlier I chatted with Dave on AIM because he had Angie and Cody to feed at home tonight so we came up with a nice, balanced meal. He cooked up ground turkey, onion and mushrooms, 1 lb steamed broccoli, and 1 cup of couscous...combined them all together and added a cup and a half of Cream of Mushroom Soup and voila...dinner was served and there were even leftovers after the three of them ate.
Around 2am I was ready for my dinner so I went down to the breakroom and made myself two pitas: each with 3 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp Wholly Spicy Guacamole, 1/8 cup Kraft 2% Italian Cheese and 1 1/2 cup spinach. Drank a Powerade Zero with my meal. Hopefully the rest of the night goes quickly for me.
