I got in another awesome 10 hours of sleep...6am-4pm!
Woke up, got dressed and was inspired to make myself an organic peanut butter and banana toasted whole grain english muffin for brekkie!

5:45pm - Paid a few bills, checked email and ate a Lemon Larabar on the way to work.

9pm - Ran three circuit laps on my 20 min break and ate a bowl of Puffins.

11pm - I got a bit stressed out dealing with an issue with a critical application covering for the Shift Supervisor tonight so I munched on a chewy Honey Almond Flax Kashi bar.

1am - repeat of last night...pitas, cottage cheese and peaches, and water.

3am - ran another 3 circuit laps to keep my energy level up. Luv my sneaks!

3:30am - a serving of FSTG's Lime Chips with Peach Mango Salsa.

5:30am - a half cup of Greek Yogurt with Truvia and Bear Naked Granola.

Today's Calories: 1,737 Carbs: 250g Fat: 52g Fiber: 40g Protein: 93g
