Hi all, hope everyone's Saturday went well...rainy day here though:(
Got in 10 hours of sleep...6:30am-4:30pm; I feel amazing! :p
Ate a South Beach Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar when I first woke up.

Fell back asleep...woke up again, got dressed, gathered my eats and grabbed a Banana Bread Larabar for the drive to work.


Had my first 20 min break at 9:40pm, ran two circuit laps outside then I ate a bowl of Peanut Butter Puffins with a cup of Calorie Countdown.

12pm - Ate a Kashi TLC Chewy Honey Almond Flax Bar for a snack.

Waited until 1:30am to eat dinner...one giant TJ's Whole Wheat Pita cut in half with Natural Turkey Breast, Light String Cheese Shreds and 3 cups of Spinach. Half cup of 1% cottage cheese with some Del Monte No Sugar Added Diced Peaches and a glass of water.

3:30am - My kickin' snack of FSTG's Lime Chips with a half cup of Peach Mango Salsa. I somehow managed to avoid the rain and got to run another two circuit laps outside...sure felt great!

5:30am - half cup of Greek Yogurt sweetened with Truvia along with a quarter cup of Bear Naked Fit Triple Berry Crunch Granola.

Today's Calories: 1,557 Carbs: 221g Fat: 40g Fiber: 36g Protein: 98g
