04.27.09 Afternoon Snacks and Dinner at Houlihan's in MSP

After I got back from lunch it was still really busy! There were issues with WTS and another hung server but this time I was able to remotely reboot it.

A coworker of mine got the next ticket and had to run over to 277 and the KVM switch was actually bad. Throughout the afternoon there were more issues with CMMS, CSMS, Siteminder and USS Shipping.

It was nice to take a 20 min break at 3:30pm...took a walk and got myself a snack which was a serving of FSTG's Sweet Potato Chips with TJ's Pineapple Salsa.

Work was busy up until the minute I left...around 5:30pm I mixed myself up some Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt with Truvia and Bear Naked Triple Berry Crunch Granola. YUM!

Dave and Ang picked me up at 6pm and we headed out to MSP Airport to meet up with Leeann and Dennis from the JWS Forum at Houlihan's.

Leeann was just flying back from Europe and had a 4 hour layover on her way back to Canada and wanted to meet up with all of us for dinner.

Leeann was a really nice, sweet lady and had a many interesting stories from her trip.

Dennis was quite quirky and entertaining and he thought that I looked like Hot Donna from That 70's show...

Leeann had to board her plane at 9pm so we said our goodbyes. Had to run back to work to retrieve the van...finally got home and went to bed since I work early on Tuesday.

03.19.09 Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt for Breakfast!

My breakfast this morning was compliments of Kristina at Stonyfield Farm. I greatly appreciate the coupons she sent me as I am always looking to try new healthy foods to add to my diet.

I was excited to try an Oikos organic Greek yogurt since organic foods have recently become a huge part of my life. This is currently the only organic Greek yogurt on the market!

I picked up a 5.8oz 0% plain at our local Cub Foods store. Checked the label and it only has 100 calories, 7g carbs, 17g protein and a good source of calcium.

I mixed in a few ounces of organic blueberries and a packet of Truvia. The consistency is luxuriously thicker than I'm used to and the flavor was nice and tart. This was a quick, delicious breakfast for me and I felt great after eating it and will defintely purchase this again.

There are coupons you can download and print for Oikos and Stonyfield Farm Organic Products.
