02.07.09 Lunch

This morning went pretty quick. I looked up the place we're going to tonight for our company party, the Plymouth Playhouse to see Church Basement Ladies 2: A Second Helping. They had a catering menu, which is what my company will probably use so I strategized my eating plan.

Read the latest issue of Shape Magazine...always lots of great diet and exercise tips. Surfed the web, checked email, updated my FitDay. Worked on some server tickets that showed up in our queue. Later on I went upstairs to change server tapes for the monthly backup.

After I changed tapes I got to go down to the breakroom and make myself lunch.

Two pitas, each with 3 slices Hormel Natural Turkey Breast, 1 Tbsp Sabra Red Pepper Hummus, 1/8 cup Kraft 2% Italian Cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of Spinach. (380 cal, 16g fat, 11g fiber, 44g protein)

Also made myself a bowl of Friendship No Salt Added Cottage Cheese and Del Monte No Sugar Added Peaches.

Later I'll have pictures to post of my eats at the company party! So excited to go out tonight:)
