Work has been pretty busy this morning, I got a break at 9:30am. I went down to the break room and made myself a Thomas English Muffin with Smucker's Natuaral Peanut Butter and Apricot Jam...washed it down with a glass of Calorie Countdown. I'll be working away until noon and then I'll have my hour lunch and will go walking.
