07.18.09 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Dessert

I got in 7 hours of sleep...10pm-5am. Rushed to get dressed and headed to work; I'm covering this weekend for another coworker:)

9am - an English Muffin with PB & Banana and Calorie Countdown.

1pm - two pitas, cottage cheese and peaches after putting in 3 miles.

5pm - snacked on some sea salt pita chips and scallion hummus.

7:30pm - Chicken Broccoli stirfry with Whole Foods Peanut Sauce.

8:30pm - NSA Klondike Bar for dessert.
