Two Kashi Blueberry Waffles with sugar free syrup.

Snacked on a Kashi 7 Grain Bar.

Had a Mrs. May's Tropical Trio Bar later on.

Lunch was Miso Soup with Cheddar Bunnies and a SF Jones Cream Soda.

Dinner was two pitas with Turkey Breast, Hummus, Cheese and Spinach.

Late snack was strawberry yogurt with Bear Naked Granola.
