Might this be the day I break 200?!? YES!!! At last...feast your eyes on this baby! 199.8 - what a sight for sore eyes!
Got dressed for work and dinner tonight with Leeann and Dennis from JWS...wore a cute white outfit for the occasion and packed up my eats for the next few days...
Arrived at work just before 6am and made myself a bowl of Nature's Path Optimum Rebound Banana-Flax-Almond + Green Tea with a half cup of Calorie Countdown and 2 tsp cinnamon.
It was a very busy Monday morning indeed...many distributed site tickets, Citrix, CMMS, CSMS, Blackberry servers. I ended up running over to Bldg 277 since there was nobody there...I love those stairs though!
Got to take a break at 9:30am and ate my Lemon Larabar...sure hit the spot!
I ended up having to go back to 277 for another issue and got to meet the Citrix support guy, Brian and he was really nice...I feel sorry for the guy because he's usually on call and gets paged in the middle of the night on international and distributed site Citrix issues.
Then I got back and the two people that were working in my group left for lunch and being a Monday and all...it got busy! I managed to call everyone and fix everything I needed to within a minute and a half from noon. Deadlines give me a thrill!
Went out with a few coworkers to KFC for lunch since it's Free Grilled Chicken Day! I got a free grilled chicken thigh...also ate a grilled chicken breast, side salad and water;)
This entire meal was only 330 calories, 13g fat, 3.5g saturated fat, 50g protein and 760mg sodium.
Had a great time out for lunch...lots of laughs to brighten a sour Monday!
One of the employees at KFC came up to our table and asked me if I was Finnish because he used to have a girlfriend that looked like me and her name was Lola...lmao! I'm actually Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and German...I guess I'm the Tall Scandahoovian Redhead Gigantica...haha.
